For the purposes of clarification, please understand that your confirmation about having viewed each video in its entirety (this may mean one or multiple videos under each title) will be treated as a professional undertaking that you have in fact completed watching the videos in their entirety on the dates stated. This means that any discovery that the information you have provided is not accurate may result in disciplinary proceedings being brought against you.

If there is any variation to the information, for example the video was not completed, please do update us accordingly.

The CPD Department reserves the right to conduct an audit using data collected from LawPrez to determine whether the information you have provided is accurate, and where it is discovered that this is not the case, the matter may be brought to the attention of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board for misconduct.
