This workshop was a collaborative effort between the Bar Council Conveyancing Practice Committee (“CPC”) and the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“LHDNM”), aimed at providing an in-depth understanding of the Self-Assessment System for Real Property Gains Tax (“STS RPGT”) through the MyTax portal.

This workshop explained the submission of the RPGT Forms electronically via e-CKHT on the MyTax portal and gave participants the opportunity to address issues and challenges related to STS RPGT in a dedicated question-and-answer session.
